ChalkZone rumor.

penny mouths
ChalkZone was the first Oh Yeah! Cartoon short to be picked up by Nickelodeon for series production. Production prexie Albie Hecht was a big fan from the first board, and he's the kind of guy that loves a wild concept (young artist discovers he hold the magic chalk that can open a portal behind his blackboard, where every erased chalk image lives forever).

Well, now that episode 40 is nearing completion (and creators Larry Huber & Bill Burnett think this season is the strongest yet), it seems that on April 11, ChalkZone will be playing every single weekday evening at 6pm ET, right after U-Pick Live. I'll let you know more when I know more.

By the way, those pictures at the top of this post? That's our heroine, Penny, in the various mouth postions the artists create for the animators.

OK, they're up.

titles

So, all three title card galleries are up (the only good by-product of having the flu.) In all, 105 title graphics from three series. When we get some time we'll add more.

(Adding in our postcards and posters to these title cards, that's 297 images in all at our website...if you're keeping track.)

The Fairly Oddparents title cards.

My Life as a Teenage Robot title cards.

ChalkZone title cards.

A new gallery.

MLaaTR titles

No. I'm 6'2".

But these graphics seem like a nice way to tell you we're adding galleries to the Frederator website. First up are the neat title cards from My Life as a Teenage Robot. You probably already know the series was created by Rob Renzetti and art directed by Alex Kirwan. But the interesting news is these smart, beautiful, and stunning cards were all designed by Joesph Holt.

(Titles from The Fairly Oddparents, ChalkZone, and more MLaaTR will be up within the week, he said with crossed fingers.)
